Upright positions are easily attained with CUB, giving the mother a safer, easier and more comfortable birth.
Lightweight and portable, the CUB Support can be used in any setting. While CUB is new to the US, it is currently being used in 2/3 of UK hospitals.
Where can it be used?
CUB can be used at Home, in Birth Center or at Hospital.
CUB is so versatile it can be used in bed to support a patient with an epidural; keeping the patient in an upright position to facilitate a vaginal birth.

The Comfortable Upright Birth (CUB®) is much more than a Birth Stool! It is the only SUPPORT you’ll ever need.
The CUB is a comfortable, versatile, inflatable support designed to help mothers adopt and maintain positions that are physically the most helpful for her and her baby during labor and birth.
When a laboring women is in an upright position it helps the baby to be in the best position for birth. Upright Birth creates more space within the mother’s pelvis than if she is semi-sitting or lying on her back, resulting in an easier birth. Upright Birth can not only make labor shorter and easier but is also safer for mommy and baby by reducing the risks of complications during birth.
Each CUB® Support comes packaged in its own CUB® branded box and includes a Manual Inflation Pump, Complimentary Terry Cloth Cover, Repair Patch Kit, and Product Information.
